I was fortunate to grow up in a very creative environment at St. Paul’s Four Seasons Elementary School, where every student took visual arts, theater, dance and music classes and participated in the annual school-produced musical.
When I reached high school, I started to notice how much I loved writing in English class and decided to invest in my love for storytelling. Soon after, I was accepting into NYU Tisch’s High School Summer Program in the Dramatic Writing program. I completed my first two scripts - a short screenplay and 10-page play that was performed - and decided to apply for the program again as an incoming undergrad.
Since 2019, I’ve been able to write on a developing sci-fi fantasy series as well as draft arts education curriculum for the California Film Institute and rhizoma, a global education foundation and network. In 2023, I graduated with a B.F.A. in Dramatic Writing with two pilots, a full screenplay, and several short scripts I’d written over completing my degree. Since then, I’ve completed two manuscripts and continue to work on projects that I find inspiring.
